Your tasks
- As a UX/UI Designer, you will take on a central role in our product development process
- You conduct user interviews and tests to better understand our customers and their needs
- You translate user-needs into concepts, features and designs
- Through testing and validating hypotheses with prototyping tools
- You drive the further development of our design system (style guides, etc...)
- As part of the Scrum team, you support the implementation of new features and make sure they get the final touches
Your profile
- Above all, you have a great sense for usability & UI design and you are always on the pulse of time
- You have a professional design education as well as relevant practice in product design
- User research methods experience and enthusiasm for fully understanding our users
- You are familiar with current design tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Axure, Figma, etc...)
- You like to work in an agile environment (Scrum) and communicate efficiently with developers
- You are fluent in German and English
- Independent and result-oriented way of working, high willingness to learn and motivation
- You have an understanding of eCommerce and underlying processes (advantage)
- Nice-to-have: experience in designing UI animations (screen layout, loading, etc)
