Declaration on the duty to inform
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.
Contact with us
If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.
If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.
If you disable cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider's server and stored there.
You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately [e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits] pseudonymised. Thus only a rough localisation is possible.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.
Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised [pseudonymisation is recommended for the legal reason "legitimate interest"; this must be clarified with the web analysis service].
You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. To do so, we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.
Once you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your registration.
You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: email@example.com. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch. This revocation does not affect the legality of the processing that took place on the basis of the agreement until the revocation.
Use of personal and individual data via Google API Services
In the following the different interfaces that boomerank needs for analysis and evaluation are listed.
Account information is obtained via access to Google Ads to ensure auto-completion for project settings. In addition, so-called operational activities are also carried out via the interface, including the creation and pausing of campaigns, ad groups, ads and related keywords. In addition, statistics on keywords are retrieved via this interface.
Access to the Search Console ensures for boomerank that past keywords and URLs can be queried with the respective performance. This is needed because boomerank can also use the SEA efficiency and SEO recommendations to additionally check how these have been affected.
By accessing Google Analytics, account information is obtained which is used for auto-completion of project settings. In addition, the Reporting API is used to check the traffic of the individual URLs, this is used for the ongoing review of the implemented recommendations, such as SEA efficiency.
With regard to your data stored with us, you are entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or to the data protection authority.
